re:verb health was established as a form of rest and resistance to the medical and non-profit industrial complex, bridging arts and culture with community health practice. As a consulting, coaching, and creative hub, the name “re:verb” calls for reflection and action, embodying a rhythm, relational practice, and pattern of impact that reverberates across self, social, and systems transformation.
We are building a community of practice with a shared mission to re:imagine how we work together, re:claim who defines and what counts as successful change, and re:generate our relationships with each other in connection to our planet.
As a creative hub, we strive to provide opportunities for artists, creators, and cultural workers to collaborate with organizations across sectors and serve as "instigators" (and be fairly compensated) to co-create radical, community-led solutions that advance health equity and justice. We believe in the transformative power of the arts to catalyze structural change in our health and social systems, shifting from a culture of control to a culture of care.
Your contribution will support creative projects and collaborations, such as a Health Equity Artist Residency (HEAR) program, art activations (virtual and place-based), and creative practice workshops designed to build capacity within organizations and communities.
