The Church of the Ascension

The Church of the Ascension was severely damaged during the fighting during the russian invasion of Ukraine. The occupying forces in the temple arranged a warehouse of ammunition and fuel. As a result of shelling and fires, the walls and roof were damaged, and windows were broken.
The object was documented during the rescue expedition of the HERI (Heritage Emergency Response Initiative) to the Chernihiv Region.
