2.) CUT-OUT the "Center". ✂️ (Painting Template) And, place your FAVORITE PHOTO... behind the OVAL SHAPED opening. It then becomes a coloring-page PHOTO FRAME...that you can ACTUALLY also, place inside to fit into an 8"×10" wood or metallic... FRAME. 🖼
