Hi! I'm Jim! I am a physical therapist and strength & conditioning specialist. My passion is to help others learn the art AND science of coming back stronger from physical injuries and conditions.

This whole “content creation” thing is an absolute blast; I’ve been doing it for years and can’t seem to get enough of it. It is such an honour (and amazing feeling) to help point others in the right direction for learning how to navigate challenging physical issues.

I created this buy me a coffee page to provide ways of supplying individuals with more helpful content while simultaneously ensuring I can keep the lights on.

The reality is it takes money to make this mission happen; there are recurring monthly expenses I incur to keep the wheels rolling, which is just the nature of how these things go. I don’t have the funds to hire and outsource any of this content creation, so it all lands on my shoulders, meaning it takes a ton of time and effort (but it truly is a labour of love).

Your support means everything to me, as it not only helps to offset my expenses, but it also shows me that you believe in this mission and want to see this change for others come to fruition!

Some of the monthly expenses I incur include:

∙ Website hosting

∙ Podcast hosting

∙ Software licensing (for video production, document production, etc.)

∙ Subscription fees for stock assets (photos, videos, sounds, music, etc.)

One other significant expense is time. Don’t get me wrong; I love making all this content and sharing it with others, but it does take an exceptional amount of time (particularly the videos). By supporting me, here are the two main things that happen:

I can continue to devote more of my time to these content creation pursuits and stress a bit less about making ends meet and paying my bills as a result.
