Hello and welcome! 👋🏼

Respirare Meditations was created as part of my own healing journey. Reading inspired words, listening to wise spiritual leaders, and setting that wisdom to music and video (and sharing it on YouTube) has been a cathartic experience for me. If they helped me, perhaps they can help you and others too.

The healing journey never quite feels over.

As I've taken steps on my journey, I've been awakened to other areas of myself—areas that must transform to evolve. Just as I felt drawn to upload those initial videos, I feel called to share more of my personal experiences here.

The Posts section may read more like journal entries of my life, reflections, and healing journey. I may share art, music, inspiration from others, and works that I have created myself. I will also include guided meditations, hypnosis scripts, and other digital downloads not shared elsewhere to members.

What are my qualifications?

I am a human being, a lifelong student.

If you are interested in more, I am a certified spiritual life coach, a scholar of history (Masters) and psychology (PhD). I do not claim to be a spiritual guru—I am still finding my way. I can only offer my perspective, honor and share the talents I have acquired over this life, and be true and faithful to the One who created me.

I am light and dark, yin and yang, sacred and profane—and here, where oftentimes it cannot be understood in the 3D, I will share with you what I am called to share.

You will learn more of me than you desired, and still, you will not know all of me.

I hope that the content shared on these pages inspires, touches, and motivates you. And most importantly—that it helps you pause with wonder at God's great masterpiece, of which you are and belong.

May you experience joy and wonder with each breath of life, recognize your worth, and feel the grace of the divine moving through you and your life.
