Hi, I'm Øyvind.

I'm a composer, sound designer, explorer, and father from Lillehammer, Norway.

For years I've been fascinated by what happens when different things meet. Sound and image. Sound and art. Sound and breath. Sound and the body. Again and again, I've discovered that the most interesting things are not the individual parts, but what emerges between them.

This curiosity has grown into a collection of projects under ReSonance Lab.

Some explore how sound, vibration, and breathing may help people find calm and balance. Others explore questions about humanity, meaning, and how we think in a world overflowing with answers.

I spend much of my time creating music, building prototypes, writing books, developing ideas, and sharing what I learn along the way.
