The random thought this afternoon involves chicken. I was washing my chicken and in the back of my mind I remembered hearing about people who don't wash their chicken at all. That the heat of boiling the chicken will purify it or something. Others like myself wash the chicken before you cook it. And then my roommate informed me of people who clean their chicken. And when I say clean, I mean with soap kind of clean. I thought she was joking at first but she insists that she knows people who do that. So, that got me thinking. Do you boil, wash, or clean your chicken?
