REDEFINE is simply a conversation at the table where we look to redefine all aspects of life. Life, love, leadership, or spirituality - it doesn't really matter. We are always growing and always progressing. In order to do this, we must redefine what we think we know.

This has been my journey over the past 4 years. Everything I thought I knew began to be redefined. It was slow, scary, and amazing! It wasn't that my ideas and beliefs were wrong, they just simply needed redefinition.

As I've sat and talked with hundreds of people, mostly youth and young adults (but not excluding older adults), it has become very clear that many people are on the same journey as I am - a journey of redefining. 

So thank you for being open to the conversation of redefining. It's scary and can often times be lonely. But it is an incredible adventure of discovering the wonderful world we live in so that we can truly live life to the fullest!
