I am a wife and mother on a mission to impact all things black maternal health. As a two-time cesarean birther and exclusive pumper, preeclampsia survivor, and overcomes of a traumatic birthing experience I have seen and gone through some mess. It's this journey that fuels me to raise my voice and share tools and gems with anyone who will listen.
