This hike starts out challenging and never lets up, until the end. You will be forever grateful to see that “end of trail” sign at the top, as you try to catch your breath. If it’s not the climb up that takes your breath away, it’ll be the views from the top. Be sure to give yourself time to enjoy the views, because the hike down is a challenge in itself.
Things to know:
Parking is extremely limited
Pit toilets are available at the trail head, but no water.
It’s ok to slide down on your butt ;)
