Hi, I’m Raul. I build open-source tools for EMG, myocontrol, and neurorehabilitation research.

My main projects are MyoGestic and MyoGen. MyoGestic helps researchers build real-time biosignal experiments, from recording and visualization to model training and prediction. MyoGen provides a modular framework for simulating motor-unit activity, muscle force, and EMG signals.

The “myo” in both names comes from muscle, because these tools are built around muscle signals and the neural control of movement. But I also like the hidden “my” in it: when you clone the repository, adapt it for your experiment, or build something new on top of it, it becomes your tool too.

Your support helps with the less visible but essential work behind open-source science: fixing bugs, writing documentation, maintaining releases, improving tutorials, answering issues, and supporting students and researchers who want to use these tools.
