We’re Casey and Cassandra, best friends who share the same rare disease. Our goal is simple: to share our lives, highlighting the beauty and normalcy within disability—all while having a great time together. Since 2020, we’ve covered topics ranging from accessibility and friendship to style and everything in between as we live our best, rare lives!

Our show reflects both our friendship and our advocacy, and it’s a love letter to our community. We’re touched every time listeners reach out on social media, email, or even in person at conferences to tell us how *Rare with Flair* has made them feel seen and less alone. Through limited-edition merch sales, we’ve raised funds for the Hermansky-Pudlak Syndrome Network and the National Organization for Albinism and Hypopigmentation—all without taking anything for ourselves.

While we’re thrilled to make this special show, podcasts do take resources to sustain. Over the past four years, we’ve invested over $1,000 of our own money in audio and web hosting fees, along with countless hours recording, editing, posting on social media, and maintaining our website, because we’re passionate about *Rare with Flair*. This has been a donation of our time and resources—a volunteer effort to support our community. We’re committed to creating content for our community as long as our financial situations allow, especially given our own high medical expenses.

We love our listeners deeply, and we couldn’t do this without you tuning in! If you like what you hear, please consider buying us a coffee (i.e., helping offset our operating costs) so we can continue living our best lives together. Thank you for supporting our show’s sustainability and being a part of our journey!
