Hi, I’m Raquel, a mom of three girls who started Okanagan Family Fun. I’ve lived all over the Okanagan Valley and started this site because, like many parents, I often struggled to find easy, local activities to do with my kids. What began as a way to keep track of things for my own family has grown into something much bigger, and I’m so grateful it’s become a helpful resource for others too.

For the past seven years, I’ve carved out time between school drop-offs, work, and everything in between to update seasonal bucket lists, share event info, write blog posts, and keep the site, newsletter, and social media running. It’s a passion project, and I truly love being able to share what our region has to offer.
