Rap Redux started as a simple idea: battle rap deserves the same level of coverage, analysis & respect that any other sport or artform gets. No fluff or no clickbait, just genuine insight from people who actually live and breathe this culture.
Every issue takes a lot more than it looks like on the surface. Between the writing, the editing, sourcing photography, chasing up guest writers & cover stars, and just trying to get the details right for the people who actually know the difference, it adds up.
If you ever read an issue and get something out of it, whether that's a battler you now rate differently, some history you didn't know, or just a good read on your lunch break — and you want to help keep this going, that's what this page is for. Every coffee genuinely goes back into the magazine, whether that's tools, time, or just being able to justify spending the hours on it.
There's no pressure here & the magazine isn't going anywhere either way. But if you've got a couple of quid spare and you want to back something built for the culture, I appreciate you more than you know.
