[prsnl] Reverb

This is the first device in a series of devices I'm working on.

First up is a reverb device. It has four Time settings at the top (in seconds), a dry/wet knob in the center, and then a highpass and lowpass filter, that are pre-reverb, so it limits the freqs that go to the reverb.

it also has a special "voicemail" button, which is an impulse response of an old phone. The voicemail effect is applied to the dry signal, which is then fed to the eq, then reverb, so the highpass and lowpass sliders don't really do anything when voicemail is engaged (because voicemail limits the freqs much more than the filters can catch).

Voicemail mode can also be used without using the reverb at all, so if you just need a simple telephone effect, this is your device.

also, using voicemail mode, and a short reverb, mimics the sound of like a high school intercom kinda vibe.
