I help people navigate modern life through the lens of ancient wisdom.

I'm Ram, and everything at ramapani.com is made by me: the writing, the recordings, the code and the design. It brings together old teachings on meditation, philosophy and mindful living with tools made for everyday life now.

What's there:

Guided meditations in the Temple, and on my YouTube channel, Meditate With Ram

Free apps in the Playground:

Ramandala: an endless stream of mandalas to watch or design

Ramapani | Tone: a frequency sequencer for binaural beats and meditation tones

Uni-verse: the internet's slowest poem, three words a day

World Karma Game: a shared scoreboard of small good deeds

Timers: meditation timers and an online gong

Articles and reflections in the Library and the Shrine, exploring meditation and ideas from the Gita, the Buddha, the Tao Te Ching and the I Ching

Books in my Payhip shop:

The I Ching Book, a contemporary introduction for the curious

A Lamp in a Windless Place, mindful colouring pages pairing 80 mandalas with wisdom from the great contemplative traditions

All the meditations, articles and apps are free. Every coffee here keeps them that way, and pays for the hours behind each new app, book and recording.

Join the mailing list for rare but wonderful messages from Ram: news of new books, apps and meditations, straight to the inbox. Day-to-day updates are on Instagram at @ramapani_gram.
