From 29p Aldi Brews to the Back-Garden Vineyard
My channel is about the art of the drink—at every price point. On one hand, I’m perfecting the 29p Kilju and 22p Tea Wine using basic ingredients. On the other, I’m tending to 12+ grape vines (Solaris, Rondo, Phoenix, and my 10 potted mix of unknown varieties) right in my back garden.
I’m currently in Year Two of the vineyard. This is the critical year for training the vines and preparing for that first 'Estate' harvest. But to turn garden grapes into premium wine, I need to level up the Lab.
Why I need your help: I’m currently lacking the gear to do these grapes justice. My goal is to fund:
The Harvest Kit: A small fruit press and crusher (so I don't have to stomp them in a bucket!).
The Science: pH meters and titration kits to balance the homegrown acids.
The Vineyard: Proper trellising and organic feed to ensure Year Two is a success.
The Lab: A masticating juicer, better storage, and a decent camera (currently using my phone) to document it all.
Whether you're here to learn how to brew for pennies or to watch a back-garden vineyard come to life, your support keeps the airlocks bubbling."
