I believe that spirituality is a personal, intuitive and often intellectual journey that cultivates the growth of character. No matter who we are, the feeding of the mind and spirit is the first step to empowerment and to inner peace with one’s self and the world around them.

My content centres the use of both spiritual and intellectual tools and practices and the understanding of different schools of thought to reflect on one’s personal growth and journey in life. I combine the pillars of psychology, behavioural studies and the world’s religions and faith systems to project the human condition.

I also use tarot as a consistent tool to prompt reflection and a deeper connection with your spirit and sub-conscious, which I believe to be the source of truth, wisdom and healing for all human beings.
