Hi, My name is Rachel Peru and I am a Silver haired curve model, body confidence activist and host of the Liberté - Free to Be podcast.

I fully embraced my curves and naturally grey hair and have become passionate about showing other women, particularly those in midlife, that they are not invisible. I broke barriers when I appeared in a ground-breaking Swimsuits for All campaign with Ashley Graham, and my career, aged 46, was launched from there.

 I now champion women in midlife, inspiring others to step out of their comfort zone to become more confident by sharing other women’s’ stories on my weekly Liberté- Free to Be podcast.
