In the time we lost our homes and stability, I decided not to lose hope. Today, I work from a small kitchen in the place where I was displaced, trying to support my family and provide a dignified living with the minimum resources and tools available.
I wanted to share these photos of our progress with you. We are still in the early stages, relying entirely on simple manual production. Even the packaging you see is simple hand-packaging, through which we try to present "TRADO" products in the best possible way despite the siege, the scarcity of resources, and the skyrocketing prices.
Every cheese mold in these photos tells a story of resilience:
Handmade with Love: Produced with double the effort amidst the shortage of fresh milk.
The Fuel Challenge: Securing cooking gas is a daily battle to keep our stove burning.
Simple Tools: We innovate and use whatever is available in our displacement kitchen to keep producing.

في الوقت اللي فقدنا فيه بيوتنا واستقرارنا، قررت إني ما أفقد الأمل. اليوم، أنا بشتغل من داخل المطبخ الصغير في المكان اللي نزحت فيه، بحاول أسند عيلتي وأوفر لهم لقمة عيش كريمة بأقل الإمكانيات والموارد المتاحة.
أحببت أن أشارككم هذه الصور لما وصلنا إليه اليوم. نحن ما زلنا في بداياتنا، وما زلنا نعتمد بالكامل على التصنيع اليدوي البسيط. حتى هذا التغليف الذي ترونه هو تغليف يدوي متواضع، نحاول من خلاله تقديم منتجات "TRADO" بأفضل صورة ممكنة رغم حصار الظروف وغلاء الأسعار.
كل قالب جبنة في هذه الصور يحكي قصة صمود:
صناعة يدوية: بجهد مضاعف في ظل شح الحليب الطازج.
تحدي الوقود: تأمين غاز الطبخ هو المعركة اليومية لنبقي الموقد مشتعلاً.
أدوات بسيطة: نبتكر ونستخدم ما يتوفر في مطبخنا النازح لنستمر في الإنتاج.
