My name is Habiba and I am from South Africa. Alhamdulillah, I am a hafizah of the Quran and have an 'alimiyyah degree in Islamic studies. I also specialize in women’s fiqh issues (hayd, nifas, istihadah). Currently, I am a part-time teacher and also studying the seven variant of Qira'ah.
Because of my interest in the Quran, I started an Instagram page (@quranforthought). My intention is to provide basic Quranic tafsir and reflections for people to better understand and nurture their love and attachment to the Quran, in sha Allah.
