Each one of us plays a different character in others' story
In someone’s story, our personality appears as bright and captivating while some others consider us as troublesome and provoking
Some people see us as fragile and emotional and others think of us as tough and rigid.
We encounter people in our life who tells us how self-centered, egoistic, rude, and ruthless we are and at the same time, we connect with many others who really appreciate us for the way we protect our self-esteem and respect the way we stand up for ourselves and create healthy boundaries.
Some people think highly about us for the way we take pride in our principles and manners while a lot of them will see us as self-absorbed and self-admiring person
Personally, I agree and go along with all the opinions, no matter whatever they make out of my personality because firstly I accept the fact that I am not perfect and I never tried to be. Secondly, I believe they see me from their own lens which is shaped by their expectations towards me, the environment in which they are being raised, and most importantly their personal life experiences
None of it has anything to do with what I really am since I always see myself through the way I define myself.
I can be a villain in someone’s life and at the same I am an angel of love and hope for someone too
Therefore, what we need to understand is that we have no control over what people think about us, how they portray us, and how they feel about us because everyone thinks with their own mind. Isn't it?
Despite that, what we can do is not give them the power to make us feel bad or inferior about ourselves. but, how can you do that?
You do not have to convince anyone to see the good in you. Let them see whatever they want to see in you. Just stop telling them how amazing you are!
Your actions should alone be loud enough to define what you are worthy of, what you deserve, and that you are never ever going to settle for anything ordinary
Do not fear others' approval or losing connections because at the end of the day what is truly important is how sure you are about yourself and how you take pride in your reality and practices
Be humble, be kind, and be there for each and every one
Let the dust settle down and let everyone see how genuine as a person you are
