The field that is playing out there at present moment in the Collective is fears of debt, fears of loss, fears of so many things that have the narrative of lowering our energy. Into anxiety, worry and loss of self worth.
We are none of these deep down. They are layers like an onion that we carry without sometimes being aware. The proof of this is when we get triggered when some one states something in public or private.
It is our reaction that is the highlight when we are aware did that conversation uplift or down lift myself. Did I feel good or not upon leaving the conversation. This is a fine tuning way of being aware of what resonates with us or not.
A feeling ?
Often we are too hard on our self sometimes realising sometimes not. It is about being more aware of our conversations we have do little tests after a conversation take a deep breathe and breath in did that make me feel nice or not and trust that inner feeling that is showing us a little bit more of ourselves and being aware of uplift and down lift.
If something makes you feel down lift then state thank you for sharing and it will shift out. Experiment with it and you notice changes that are like nuggets of gold in a sense.
Times are unfolding and evolving on more clarity and confirmation on what is impacting on our lives what we will accept what we do not on our journey for instance if you have done some inner healing to an aspect of trauma and you come across someone talking about that similar trauma and you can sit and listen that tell you it has no charge in your life any more so you have healed it. These are the one of many tools we work with and become more stronger in a sense as we evolve on our journey and in actual fact our presence ripples out and actually helps and supports another on their innate healing journey without having any effect or charge.
