Quantifying Antiquity is an independent systems engineering initiative dedicated to auditing the physical constructability of ancient megalithic architecture through transparent mathematical modeling.
Ancient construction has long been interpreted through the lenses of archaeology, history, and art history. Quantifying Antiquity expands this foundation by applying the rigorous discipline of heavy civil project controls, the same engineering methodology used to plan, resource, and execute modern mega-projects.
Rather than evaluating theories in isolation, our platform subjects proposed construction narratives to the laws of mass balance, life-support logistics, and supply-chain closure. Every historical hypothesis must ultimately answer one fundamental engineering question:
Can the system actually close?
