FPTU Study Calendar started as a small pain point I had as an FPTU student:
manually entering class schedules into Google Calendar every semester was slow, repetitive, and easy to mess up.
So I built a Chrome extension that does it for you.
FPTU Study Calendar helps FPT University students export their schedules directly from FAP into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any app that supports .ics files, all right inside the browser.
You can:
📅 automatically extract your timetable from FAP after logging in
👀 preview your schedule in a clean weekly or list view with color-coded classes
📤 export to
.icsfor Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, Notion, etc.🌐 distinguish between online and offline classes
🔗 quickly access Google Meet, FLM, and EduNext links
✏️ edit class details before exporting
🔔 get smart reminders
online classes: 15 minutes before
offline classes: 30 minutes before the first class of the day
Everything runs locally on your machine.
No servers. No tracking. No data collection.
This extension is completely community-driven and not affiliated with FPT University. I maintain it alongside studying, fixing edge cases when FAP changes, improving extraction reliability, and adding quality-of-life features based on student feedback.
If FPTU Study Calendar has saved you time, reduced stress at the start of the semester, or helped you stay organized, consider buying me a coffee ☕
Your support helps me keep maintaining the extension and building better tools for students like us.
