Coursera QuizEX is a small project I built to make studying a little easier.
It’s a lightweight browser extension that helps you extract quiz questions from Coursera assignments and turn them into reusable study materials. Instead of manually copying questions into notes or flashcards, QuizEX lets you grab everything cleanly and export it in formats that actually fit how people study.
You can:
extract questions, choices, and answers from Coursera pages you’re already viewing
use manual extraction or automated scraping for entire courses
export to clean text, flashcard-ready formats, Anki-compatible CSV, or JSON
keep everything for personal review and revision
The goal isn’t to cheat or automate learning, it’s to reduce friction. QuizEX only works with content that’s already visible to you and is meant purely for personal study.
This project is open-source and still growing. Supporting it helps me maintain the extension, fix edge cases, improve scraping reliability, and keep building better study workflows for learners like me (and maybe you too).
