Thanks for your interest in supporting this project!
pz.map.com has come a long way (thanks to the support and feedback from the PZ community) since I first posted about my experiment on reddit that only showed sledgehammer loot locations.
Since the release of the website I’ve added (nearly?) all of the essential and rare loot items, as well as the locations of other useful places on the map.Features implemented that were on To-Do list:
- Isometric map
- Display zombie heatmap
- Display
foraging zones (and other zone types)
- Add more types of
items
- Items in Louisville
- Locations for Antique Stove,
Generators, Gas Pumps, Wells, Water Dispensers and Popsicle Fridges
-
Town Labels
- Cell Borders
- Amplify heatmap
- Search filter
- All isometric layers (upstairs etc.)
- Support for popular
mods
- Custom Points of Interest – (POI that everyone can see,
and just for you and your friends?)
- Locations for buildings
such as Food, Restaurants, Bars, Car repair, Warehouses, Factories
etc.
- ALL 1183 loot items
- Player spawn locations
-
Stash locations
- Vehicle spawn locations
- Aesthetic
furniture locations? (Mannequins, Pianos, Treadmills etc.)
The isometric map uses significantly more server resources and bandwidth than the old top-down low resolution map. To give you some idea, the old map (including zombie heatmap and zone layers) is ~130MB. Just the bottom layer (0/ground) of the isometric map is ~250GB.
I expect the cost of running the site will increase with the higher demand of resources now, so if you find this tool useful and want to help with keeping it running, as well as further development, please consider buying me a coffee, thanks! :)
Donators will also have the opportunity to help me test new features before they go live in the future. This includes adding all 1183 items and custom POI and other features on the to-do list above.
Thank you to those that have already donated and made this all possible so far and thank you to others that are interested in supporting this project, which will certainly motivate and encourage me to continue working on it.
Much appreciated! :)

Loving this! Vinegar is much needed IMO. Possible to add in clickable overlays for popular mod towns?
