I've spent 15+ years leading multi-million dollar social impact initiatives across Africa, the Middle East and Latin America, most recently designing and leading a CHF 30M+ annual portfolio at the Jacobs Foundation focused on quality education, EdTech and evidence-based programs.

I founded PurposePhil Career to connect specialized talent with organizations in education, philanthropy and evidence-based programming, and to give professionals navigating career transitions in this sector a resource built with them in mind.

I split my year between strategic consulting for foundations and social impact organizations, mentoring mid-senior professionals on career strategy and portfolio careers, and running a boutique hotel on the Greek island of Kefalonia, where I practice what I preach about work-life integration.
