Below are two test results to demonstrate how fast the internet connections are here in Da Nang, VN.
The first image is from my phone and is a service I have through MobiFone Vietnam. I paid a total of 1.1m VND ($42) of $3.50/mo! The MobiFone Vietnam representative came to our apartment to configure the eSim card on my iPhone, since I was having trouble setting it up. We bought him a cup of coffee and tipped him 50k VND for his amazing service.
The second test image is the results of a test of the free WIFI that is provided by our apartment. I run this through a VPN, so it may slow down results a bit. Not by very much.
Everything is literally 10% of what it costs in America, and the service and technology is superior in so many ways!
