The host of the popular "Once Lost Now Proud" Podcast. As well as a podcaster, I'm also a Mummy, Overachiever, Adviser, Motivator, and the best Wing Woman you will find.

I created Proud Media out of my passion for podcasting and the need to connect with other creatives around the world, by sharing my personal stories and experiences and listening to theirs.

Sometimes it's essential to recognise that we have so much more potential than we believe and sometimes it's necessary to face that fact and take one for the team.

The reality is, we all have the ability to reimagine, repurpose and reinvent ourselves at any point. Our world is full of possibilities. I understand that you will hit roadblocks along the way, but the good news is, you don't have to figure it out alone.

I believe in the power of knowledge, and I want to share it with you in a way that doesn't feel imposing or like hard work. That's why I've created a podcast and talk show that's smart, funny, passionate, and engaging. My goal is to help you get what you want out of life, and I do it with advice from my amazing guests.
