I just didvovered your podcast last night. I'm a newbie tp ChatGPT, but when I discovered the power of prompts (and I've only scratched the durfsce), I just got so excited! I look forward to learning a lot from you on a side note, I've suffered from depresdion in the past and I've some goid resultd with meds and supplrments. That said, I have found much greater success with somatic therapy and have ventured into MDMA-assisted IFS therapy. Happy to share my experience. Best of luck either
