There are many geometric principles applied to this piece of Art:

• A rotation function alongside a three dimensional (x,y,z axis) translator to allow for the distribution of petals evenly around the centre.
• The trignometric equation with sin and cosine functions to allow for rise and dampening in an exponent for the petal shape and effect.
• Inclusion of exponentials for the petals to taper off smoothly.
