A proposito di Pranjal Saxena
writing newsletters on Creativity and Yog
Q. Who am I?
I am Pranjal, Yog practitioner and writer.
I talk about creativity and storytelling from a Yogic perspective.
Q. Why should you subscribe?
In the world of information overload, I desire to provide evidence-based information covering our physical, mental and emotional well-being that cuts through the noise and is practical.
I want to connect on a deeper level, without being driven by any social media algorithm, with you.
This newsletter is like giving you my hand to share with you all the knowledge I have collected regarding Yog and its beauty.
