2 Samuel 22:49 (NKJV) 49 He delivers me from my enemies. You also lift me up above those who rise against me; You have delivered me from the violent man.
While I was praying this morning, I heard, “it’s time to March!”.
I didn’t quite understand what it was about but I know that over time God will unfold its meaning.
The first thing that came to me to do was to look up why people march, and what it means.
What I found was that marching is a display of military discipline and cooperative action. Marching in unity will also cover a predictable distance in a given amount of time.
This explains why what I heard is so important, especially in the times that we live in.
It is time for the body of Christ to rise up. But in doing so, we must be disciplined, acting in a cooperative (unified) way, knowing the “how” and, most importantly, knowing the timing of God.
We must be Spirit-led, pushing down the flesh and its reaction to some of the flack we may face at times for the stance we take.
God’s children, are we ready? Will we make a commitment in our hearts to follow our Commander in Chief, Abba Father, Jehovah Jireh and the great El Shaddai?
Let’s March!
