Hello again!
So, tonight, I created a mixed media piece using charcoal, crayola marker, a red sharpie, acrylic paint, pencil crayons and graphite. I wanted the image to be like a mix of things I like. Kind of like a self-portrait, but not really. It's of things.
Anyways, the image includes a pawn on a chess board. I enjoy playing chess from time to time, it's like exercise for the brain. It kicks in the other side of my brain that I don't normally use. The same can said about origami, and that has been included in the image as well.
There's a pen at the bottom that symbolizes the fact that I am a writer. There is also a poetry book, which i do enjoy reading poetry. But I love writing poetry more. It's like a puzzle of words. I find it fun. It's play to me. Anyways, on the pen I put Eix = Cos (x) + i sin (x). Eulers Formula, a.k.a The God Equation or The Source Formula is a huge significance within the Neogenian system. So I put that equation on the pen. As a Neogenian, I take responsibility as a world shaper, and I take the responsibility to narrate my own story.
There's a paint brush which symbolizes my life as an artist. I find it interesting how it also kind of looks like a torch. I didn't mean to do that, but that's cool. On the brush is the Medicine Wheel. I am Ojibwe. First Nations. The medicine wheel has a long list of meanings. It stands for much. For example, the four sacred medicines, or the four directions.
I included my favourite flower. A petunia.
Of coarse there's a coffee cup, there is rarely a day that I go without coffee.
And last but not least, i love the moon. There are nights where I love to sit outside and do nothing but stare at the moon. It's so pretty, and I love it.

It's late, I need sleep. This is the latest I have been up in a while. Art and creativity can keep you up late. Sometimes, all night. Depending on the project. But yeah, enjoy! I can go to sleep now. Yay!
