Give me a hug!
My night-blooming Columnar Cereus has dramatic blossoms which open at night and last just into the morning. On this September 9th in 2023 I was treated with a double blossom event. I would never hug this plant. One year when I was wheeling it back into the house it fell forward and I got a spine embedded in my forehead. I treat this with the utmost caution.
