"Nightshift" / OS Investigate, Flock's latest leaked tool sounds like something out of Minority Report, and while not exclusively purposed, can be used for Precrime. The "work up" feature pulls / generates an instant dossier on drivers.
A Flock AI Surveillance tool, this allows for broad searches, narrowing down / filtering out risk assessments / nationwide.
Using AI it allows greater confidence when the data appears to line up towards potenital suspects, and witnesses - if under ideal circumstances - but so far, no AI tool has had anything close to perfect results.
What this may look like:
Drivers of interest can be narrowed down by filtering out drivers fitting into selected patterns of behavior, location, associates, family.
Even pulling commercial databroker / online / social media accounts, name, and much more.
