Tails usbstick idea: Tails usbstick on a bracelet. Something I've been planning to talk about, for some years now.
Decided to share my particular design with you today.
This can add another layer of protection from cold boot attacks. Where normally you would have to physically grab the usbstick, and pull it out of the computer, using a bracelet similar to mine, you can pull your arm away.
Example: journalist / activist working in country where they are not appreciated (some countries execute journalists, and this is not a USA only blog). If pulled away from Tails computer, the usbstick would automatically be pulled out of the computer, forcing immediate shutdown and overwriting RAM with random data (protecting against cold boot attack - covered in recent video).
I'll be adding it as an option for purchasing on the blog shop -- but you can also make your own.
It doesn't have to be the same as mine - you can simply tie a simple string or keychain to your arm.
Mine offers some benefits, including ability to clip and unclip tails usbstick from bracelet.
In the future, may even cover more on making one.
