Decode Radio Signals With Universal Radio Hacker (URH)

Mar 22, 2021

I finished this introduction to Universal Radio Hacker recently. I wanted to share with anyone interested in the topic of radio.

Radio sure is a fascinating subject. Whether we consider this or not, we use radio receivers/transceivers on a daily basis. From Bluetooth to WiFi, to the music in our car. To satellite TV. All incorporate radio for signals communication/receiving.

Universal Radio hacker is a very nice tool for decoding these signals, allowing us to then use our results to make copies of existing transmitters. Even create entirely new transmitters from signals pulled from the "air." Whether or not we have the original "remote", or not (this is known as a replay and is used in penetration testing).

Be sure to give the video a Like, Share, and if you haven't already, Subscribe (with the bell! :)). This lets me know people are interested in a subject. I plan out future videos based on engagement (and this helps my channel).

Thank you for stopping by! :)
