App attribution builder

i made a app attribution builder like a week ago to attribute to works and code libraries used for apps. This makes it alot easier in doing all the digital work for apps, meaning giving creators or organizations attributes for the work used in creating an app. The following is a link to my website where you can use the tool: https://www.pointperks.net/app-attribution-builder/
