Hi everyone,
I've been on the Path of Exile forum for a while now - my post count is over 14,000 (!) - and as a lot of my posts are in Technical Support, I've been aware of the limited nature of technical support for PoE.
As GGG do not themselves provide Technical Support, I'm making this website so that the community does have a resource to turn to. I will, of course, still be actively responding to posts in Technical Support as and when I have the time.
In addition to some excellent self-help guides, PoE Community Help directs you to provide the kind of information others need to assist you - so they can spend less time asking questions, and more time providing actual solutions.
I don't work for GGG - and I never have. There are no 'back channels' I can use to ask them for information, I don't have any access to their internal documentation - it has taken me a huge amount of time to try to learn the information that's being placed on PoE Community Help.
I would sincerely be very grateful to you if you would consider supporting the website to help keep PoE Community Help a reality.
