Über Plague of Strength
History is dope, and I intend for everyone to know that. I shine light on the unknown, forgotten, discarded, and dismissed athletes who helped drive strength sports culture throughout the millennia and use historical context to understand how and why the people of the past used the methods they did to achieve the insane physical feats they managed to accomplish before the modern era. Plus, I clue people into lifters and fighters of whom they might never have heard due to in-fighting between sports, the fracturing of sports into small sub-categories, racism, and general sports politics as well as investigate the supplements, drugs, and diets that helped them achieve the feats they did.
