I'm an entrepeneur and Chef based in Los Angeles. I own Lupa Cotta, a boutique pizza business where I consult for restaurants, cater events, and write at Pizza Tourist on Substack.

I grew up moving to a new place every three years and while I still don’t feel like I’m from anywhere, pizza was always a place that connected me to my peers. In fact, I first fell in love with pizza when I was an 8-year-old living in Japan.

I decided to make this an alternative place where you can "buy me a coffee" to suppor my work. Content series, recipes, and free newsletters all take quite a bit of effort and time -- here you can tip for posts that you like :)
