About Raffaele Pizzari
A to-do app that runs on your own server.
Hi, I’m Raffaele. I build OpenTodo, an open-source task manager that runs on your own server. It has projects, recurring tasks, reminders, shared lists, routines that do the busywork for you, themes, CalDAV and Obsidian, an optional AI assistant, and an app that works offline and syncs when you’re back.
It’s free and AGPL-licensed. There’s no paid tier and no telemetry, and you don’t need an account anywhere but on your own server. It replaces a subscription instead of being one.
I work on it in my spare time. A coffee pays for the demo server and the domain, and for the evenings I spend on the next release. If OpenTodo keeps your household or your work in order, this is a nice way to say so.
Want to help every month? A membership gives OpenTodo something steady to grow on. Members get a monthly behind-the-scenes post, and depending on the tier, their name on the website and a vote on what I build next. Every feature stays free for everyone, always.
Can’t give money? A star on GitHub, a bug report, or telling a friend helps just as much.
