SUPPORT A LIFETIME OF COMMUNITY ORGANISING 🌍

Phoenix is Community organiser of 35+ years, Environmental activist and Movement Builder

THIS IS A PERSONAL CROWD FUNDER

Please support a hard working and dedicated environmental community organiser. You may have come to one of our eco community centres over the decades, or to an event, party, project or exhibition.

For over 30 years, since the 1992 Rio Earth Summit, I've been on the ground, building community centres and helping environmental/ social change movements from the grassroots up. Now, in this critical window for the planet, I'm asking for your support to keep up the Great Work of community and movement building.

What your donation supports:

Supporting and advising Communities to repurpose vacant property to focus on Community Led Solutions.

I've helped set up and sustain 50+ community centres and eco projects, including founding the Climate Emergency Centre Network — now 36 centres and growing — a network of autonomous eco community centres helping communities repurpose vacant buildings for community-led solutions. Check CEC Network Map to find a centre near you or set one up See the network →

Now is the time to help the cause. We are in a critical window of change for the Earth and need to support and fund solutions focussed projects urgently.

I wrote the free handbook "How to Set Up a Climate Emergency Centre in 10 Steps" — because this knowledge should belong to everyone.

Why now?

We're at a major Planetary tipping point. WE HAVE THE SOLUTIONS - we need the spaces and the Funding

Solutions-focused, community-led projects need funding urgently — and this work has run for decades on passion, volunteer hours, and very little else.

Here's how you can help:

☕ One-off donation — buy me a coffee, or ten

🔁 Monthly support — become an ongoing sponsor of grassroots community organising

Every pound helps keep this work alive. We've done so much, with so little for so long — now let's do even more, together.

With deep thanks and gratitude,

Phoenix
