Creative Writing Workshop

Hop on a Zoom call with me where I’ll spend an hour with you giving you feedback and talking to you about your work, whether it be poetry or prose. I will also help you identify a good potential home/publisher to help you reach your intended audience so you can make more targeted and high-impact submissions.

Five days before the scheduled call, please email me a pdf document including up to three poems (6 page max) or a single prose piece or excerpt (5 page max; double spaced, 12 pt font).

With your work, please also provide an artist statement, including: (1) a positionality statement; (2) your vision/intention/inspiration for the piece; (3) your intended or *ideal* audience for the piece; and (3) any specific concerns or questions you have regarding the piece.
