The Manager:
Organised with the biggest criminals in town for a waitress to go to their room which she didn't want to go to, or face the sack!
She was beaten up and spent three days in hospital after initially not being allowed to go by the manager until she had finished her shift; whilst the police were called but told it had all been sorted when they got to the hotel and weren't allowed to see her!
Eighteen months before this she'd got away with orchestrating the cover up of a police report where her operations manager had admitted to the police he'd facilitated underage sex for two years in the disabled toilet by arranging with the parents of the 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy to get them secretly unbarred each time they were caught by customers who reported them to staff!
He then not only denied the police attended and so what he said to them, he officially gaslighted me by changing all the facts of police verified evidence which he must have known he'd get away with!! Despite me putting in a grievance complaint about him as he wasn't even present until the police arrived and we spent nearly two hours with them viewing the CCTV!
A year earlier than this is when I put in my initial complaint about this manager when she condoned her then assistant housekeeper for threatening to kill and maim a chambermaid!
So it wasn't a surprise the manager supported her operations manager's story at the tribunal despite knowing all about the police recorded incident which ended in restorative justice of them paying for the window the teenage boy broke!!!
The judge though after hearing everything wouldn't allow anything to do with the police report and its cover up by a company owned by one of the richest men in the world at the trial set for 5 days!
A year earlier she told the works tribunal that "I didn't need to get involved" with what was going off in the public toilets next to reception, as "the operations manager is dealing with it".
The man who told police he'd been facilitating it ffs!!
There's hiding in plain sight, then there's this lot!!!
Two years before that I put in a complaint about her for condoning threats of violence and out of control behaviour by her assistant housekeeper.
They both got promoted!!
From Holding Manager to General Manager! and from Assistant Housekeeper to Housekeeper!
Operations Manager:
As he's someone I've worked with for five years, I know his full journey!
Straight from a college degree in sports science, he became a waiter at the hotel next to his college! After a year he became restaurant manager, a year later he became Operations Manager after the new owner took over and put his arm immediately around him as he cursed at others, including calling someone a fat bstd! After a week in the office he admitted he had no idea how to do anything on the computer system, so called in his waitress girlfriend to help him; a girlfriend who looked at him worryingly when he seemed very flustered when asked about what he was doing about banning the kids who kept leaving used condoms on show in the toilet > " yeah, er Yeah, bloody disgustin init" he muttered and moved on quickly!
He went on to deny a police report where I was threatened with being sliced up by a gang and had a window smashed a couple of meters away from me by the youth whose mother he'd met up with at least twice to allow them back into the hotel after being barred after being found having sex in the disabled toilet!
He got moved on to a hotel 25 miles away (until the heat denied down) after the Area Manager set up a meeting with the ops manager in a main banqueting room with the tables specifically asked to be run down the middle of it with fresh linen on them. During the two hours they spent there, the huge area manager was seen jumping up and down across the table from the operations manager, sweating profusely as a shouted under his breath at him!!
On his main wedding photos he had his hand inside the top of his waistcoat (hiding in plain sight)!!
Housekeeper:
Got promoted to this position after threatening to kill and maim a chambermaid! who had to go 30 minutes early due to child commitments.
Called me a paedo three times after I said "I like walking in the woods", "I've looked into co-parenting" and for banning the kids from the hotel for having sex in the toilets (after I'd been called to deal with it by reception!).
Offered to have a baby for the maintenance manager after he broke down in the office and told me and her "He can only get it up to six-year-olds without viagra!!
He hinted that these issues came from being adopted at the age of six, so I told him and her to see a doctor ASAP.

Maintenance Manager:
After calling the police and getting the operations manager to spill the beans when I put him on the spot in front of the police, this guy for the next six months would put videos of people pooing in front of my face without warning!!
His confession whilst having a breakdown of "He can only get it up to six year olds without viagra, then revealing having been adopted at the age of six, led him to leave the company after being there for 15 years.
He soon found someone to have a baby with!!!
None of his friends want to hear anything about it, even though some didn't know he was adopted, and none knew his original name which he told me and the housekeeper when he broke down!
He became friends with the bar manager who he hated for years, as soon as he found out he'd been 'moved on' for having an underage video on his FB likes!!
Bar Manager:
Six months after I stopped the kids going into the toilet by getting the police involved this guy shouts in my face as I round the corner that "I'm F**ing Bnt!!"
On researching him I find he has a like for videos with 13-year-olds in it!!
He gets moved on after I report him to the police
I got sacked for telling everyone about it and the whole company!!
Whilst his Mrs works with vulnerable girls and he now runs a chippy!!
Spa Manager:
Three women (with partners and children) wanted to report anonymously to the court that they were being pressurised along with all the other staff into doing things with customers that they didn't want to do!!
The judge wouldn't allow anonymous witnesses though!!
F&B manager:
Told a packed office of over 12 people that he doesn't employ gays, as they’re nothing but trouble!
Well, he wasn't wrong was he! ;)
