Evening folks! I just wanted to pop in and write a quick post to let you fine folks know what I got done in January.
I wrote 9011 words, which is almost 6500 words under my target (to be fair I had a whole week off from writing which didn't help). I have lost a little writing time and I did edits on two short stories in January, one of which has been submitted for an anthology. The other is for a super-secret invite only anthology and is with beta readers as I type this.
My writing time is limited at the moment, but I'm cracking out words as and when I can. I think my target of 500 words a day is achievable. It is just on me to focus and make the most of the time I'm given.
