Hi, I’m Pete Key — a speaker, Growth Development Strategist, and passionate servant-leader who lives to ignite purpose in others.

I believe every person carries something powerful inside them a gift, a calling, a spark. Sometimes, all they need is someone to help them find it… and then fuel it. That’s my life’s work.

Through motivation, mentorship, music, and moments that matter, I strive to encourage, educate, and empower people from every walk of life students, teachers, leaders, dreamers, and those who feel forgotten. I create books, curriculums, songs, and soul-stirring messages that speak to the heart and help people move forward even when life says stop.

Right now, we’re reaching at-risk youth through our BIG Curriculum: Build. Instill. Give.

This program Builds Character, Instills Hope, and Gives Tools to help them live better, brighter lives. We're helping them discover their value, believe in their future, and take practical steps to succeed.

We’re also in the process of releasing the HOPE Project (Helping Our Preschoolers Explore) a dynamic music and movement curriculum that teaches shapes, colors, the alphabet, and counting in fun and engaging ways using hip-hop and country music. It’s in English and Spanish, it’s playful, powerful, and built to inspire our littlest learners.

On top of that, we’re gearing up to release the “It’s Not Over” project a bold reminder that as long as you’re still breathing, there’s still time to get it right. Through music, spoken word, and motivation, this project is meant to spark healing, faith, and fresh starts.

And every day, we’re sharing a daily dose of hope across social media to uplift and encourage people wherever they are in life.

I do this work because I’ve been stuck. I’ve been broken. But I’ve also bounced back. And now I use every experience to light a path for others.
