Lamium maculatum or Spotted dead-nettle. It gets its name due to its similarity to the common nettle (it actually belongs to the mint family, not the nettle family!) 🌷
As someone whose garden is the perfect native habitat for this flower, it's interesting to read that it is considered invasive in certain areas.
